An exhibition divided into five nuclei to provide a journey through time through the different moments in the history of Mexican sugar candy. In addition to 1,113 works of alfeñique, the show is complemented by 71 works of popular art, 24 of pre-Hispanic art, one work in ivory, three ceramics by Pedro Coronel, two drawings by Diego Rivera, four paintings --by Roberto Montenegro, José Chávez Morado, Naya Márquez and José García Narezo--, one photograph --by Manuel Álvarez Bravo-- and six flyers --by José Guadalupe Posada.
