Abraham Ángel. Entre el Asombro y la Seducción

This exhibition reviews the work of the artist whose sudden death at the age of nineteen made him a legend in the artistic and cultural circuit of the country in the first decades of the 20th century. The exhibition explores the use of the Maugard method in his work, as well as the unique style of landscape painting, portraits, and genre scenes. The exhibition brings together the 20 identified surviving works by Maugard and photographic reproductions of the four paintings by the artist believed lost.
